A: The visa you receive initially is your permission to enter Russia. Once you arrive, you have 72 hours during which to register the visa. Registration is a process that affects all travelers in Russia. If you come on the visa issued with our invitation, this registration process is done by Educational Center “Cosmopolitan”. However, if your visa was received on an invitation from any other organization, you will be responsible for registering your visa upon arrival. We may be able to help you in registering your visa if this case has been discussed prior to your arrival.
